1. Complimentary Shipping
We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within India. International orders are shipped within 8–10 days with an additional shipping fee.
2. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Our standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. In case of unforeseen events such as natural calamities or weather delays, we’ll keep you updated with revised timelines.
3. Tracking & Courier Partners
We collaborate with trusted courier partners to ensure your package arrives securely and on time. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all products on time, certain delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or courier issues. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly via email or SMS with revised delivery timelines.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. International Shipping
For international orders, shipping charges and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. Any customs fees or import taxes are to be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
