Return & Exchange Policy
At Nindhaara, we value the uniqueness of every handcrafted creation. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. To maintain product hygiene and authenticity, we follow a controlled return and exchange policy as outlined below.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof emailed to support@nindhaara.com.
Once verified, our team will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Minor variations in print, colour, or weave are not considered defects, as each piece is handcrafted.
Products purchased during Sale or Promotions are eligible for exchange only if a parcel opening video clearly shows a defect.
Customized or international orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
2. Exchanges (Change of Mind / Size / Design)
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and unwashed
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Reverse shipping and courier charges will be borne by the customer
• Products purchased during Sale or Promotions are not eligible for exchange.
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item.
In certain cases, a credit voucher of equivalent value may be issued.
3. Pickup & Return Shipping
If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or wrong item received, Nindhaara will bear the pickup cost.
For all other exchange requests, customers will be responsible for return shipping and courier charges.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
• The product received is defective or incorrect
• A replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.
Each Nindhaara product is individually handcrafted — slight variations in colour, texture, or printing reflect the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
5. Important Notes
All communications must be made via official email for record purposes.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product is used, washed, damaged, or returned without prior approval.
Once an exchange or refund is processed, the decision will be final and binding.
